Gotcha Fresh Tea was founded in Australia and has expanded globally across markets including New Zealand, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, UAE (Dubai), India, Japan, Mexico, Indonesia, Mainland China, Singapore, and Africa. 

All authorised Gotcha stores in these international markets are either directly managed or operated by approved partners under the supervision of our Australian Support Office. Each location adheres to strict standards for product quality, operational procedures, brand governance, and a centralised raw-material and supply-chain system.

Gotcha’s global expansion is built on this consistent framework and system, proprietary recipes, and a controlled supply chain, ensuring product quality and brand consistency worldwide. This foundation has also enabled collaborations with globally recognised licensed IPs, such as Hello Kitty, Pokémon, and Disney, etc.
