These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Gotcha Fresh Tea website, the purchase of products online, and participation in Gotcha Fresh Tea promotions and campaigns. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or taking part in our promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  

Gotcha Perks Loyalty Program   

Earning Gotcha Dollars   

• Members will earn Gotcha Dollars (loyalty points) for every eligible purchase made at participating Gotcha Fresh Tea stores. Purchases made using discount vouchers will not earn any Gotcha Dollars.   

• Members will receive 10 Gotcha Dollars for every AUD $1 spent in a single transaction.  

• Gotcha Dollars accumulate in your loyalty account and can later be redeemed toward future purchases.  

Redeeming Gotcha Dollars   

• Gotcha Dollars can be redeemed in full or partially toward eligible orders, depending on your available balance.   

• There is no minimum or maximum redemption limit.   

• Redeem 100 Gotcha Dollars as AUD $1 value toward the purchase.  

• Gotcha Dollars used in a redeem transaction do not earn additional points for that purchase.   

• Gotcha Dollars are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Sign-Up Offer   

• Upon joining the Gotcha Perks Program, new members automatically receive three (3) discount vouchers valid for 14 days from the date of sign-up.  

• Any drink upsizes, plant-based milk substitutions, or additional toppings will incur an extra charge.  

• The sign-up offer is available once per person, per phone number, and per email address for first-time registration only.  

• Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the sign-up offer at any time without prior notice.  

Birthday Treat   

• Members will receive one (1) free drink voucher on their birthday, valid for 14 days from the date of issue.    

• The voucher can be used for any eligible drink, any eligible size (regular or large or one-size), based on the member's preference. 

• Any add-ons, such as plant-based milk, extra toppings will incur additional charges. 

• To be eligible to receive the Birthday Treat, the member must be registered at least 2 days prior to the birth date. 

• The Birthday Treat is valid once per year per member account. 

• Gotcha Fresh Tea do not take responsibility for incorrectly entered birth dates during the registration process. 

• Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.   

Discount Vouchers   

• Members may occasionally receive discount vouchers as part of special promotions or campaigns.  

• Transactions where a discount voucher is applied will not earn Gotcha Dollars.  

• Discount vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or third-party platforms.  

• Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to amend or cancel discount vouchers at any time without prior notice.  

All offers, promotions, and rewards under the Gotcha Perks Loyalty Program are subject to availability and may vary by store location. Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, or any of its associated offers, at any time without prior notice.  

Sip More Get More Stamp Collection Card   

• Offer valid only at participating stores listed on the card.  

• Not valid with LIVEN or ShopBack payments.  

• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.  

• Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.  

Vouchers   

• Vouchers (digital or print) issued by Gotcha Fresh Tea are valid only at participating stores.  

• Each voucher is valid until the expiry date specified.  

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotions/discounts.  

• Only one voucher may be applied per order.  

• Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to make the final decision on voucher use.  

Valentine Special Voucher 

• Valentine Special buy one get one free vouchers will be issued to eligible Gotcha Perks members on 12 February 2026. 

• Members who sign up to the Gotcha Perks Loyalty Program on or before 12 February 2026 will automatically receive the promotional voucher in the Rewards section of the Gotcha Perks app. 

• Members who register on or after 15 February 2026 will not be eligible to receive the Valentine Special promotional voucher. 

• The voucher is valid until 15 February 2026. 

• The voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used with other offers unless stated otherwise. 

• Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. 

In-store Sales & Promotion   

• Promotions are valid only during the advertised period and at participating stores.  

• Promotions are not valid with LIVEN or ShopBack payments.  

• Product availability and pricing may vary by store. Each Gotcha Fresh Tea store reserves the right to make the final decision on promotional product sales.  

• Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.  

Social Media Campaigns   

• Participation in Gotcha Fresh Tea social media campaigns (e.g., giveaways, contests, promotions) constitutes acceptance of these Terms.   

• Winners will be contacted only via Gotcha Fresh Tea’s official accounts (IG: @gotchafreshtea ; FB: gotchafreshtea) based on eligibility criteria outlined in the campaign post.  

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  

• Gotcha Fresh Tea reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent  

• By participating, entrants grant Gotcha Fresh Tea the right to repost, share, or feature submitted content (photos, videos, comments) on Gotcha Fresh Tea official social media accounts, with credit to the original creator.   

Privacy Policy   

• Personal data collected (for purchases, vouchers, or campaign participation) will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].   

Return & Exchange Policy   

• Products purchased from our website may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days, provided they are in original condition and pass our quality check.  

• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
