Our pearls are made fresh in-store every day, slow‑cooked with fragrant brown sugar using a unique recipe and prepared with temperature‑controlled equipment. Gotcha’s signature pearls stay perfectly chewy and full of flavour all day.
We source our fruit syrups from Taiwan, the “Fruit Kingdom”, where the ideal climate and soil bring out vibrant flavours. Made with seasonal fruit, Gotcha syrups capture natural sweetness and aroma in every sip.
